So the year passes. Had a big reminisce, going through loads of my old music and thinking about all the stuff I would like to revisit (Search for Normalisation......coming back soon??).
But in other nuuz, Mannheim got fBi play!! Last night!! Part of the "hype" (ha) for the difficult music festival. I had a 3 minute and 48 second dance whilst it blasted out the ol' stereo. First time MY music has been played on the radio. Big moment for this papst*r.
Was also a really awesome culmination of the past two months of sabbatical - seeing the fruits of my labour. Couldn't imagine all this amazing shit happening a few months ago when I was trapped in a dead end job. Go world.
Watched Mishima last night. Not pleasant viewing. Still didn't convince me about Philip Glass and his soundtracks.
